Working on making the render look at little nicer. 
It should be technically possible to have coloring of the cells per hierarchical level which would make this a lot more interesting to look at, for the cases where the synthesizer doesn't flatten everything.

There is a debug mode for openroad `global_placement` that captures a floorplan render (from the GUI). I am working on cleaning this up and opening a PR for this on librelane. Right now this is one of my custom librelane steps.
